So I signed up at bithumb when they were giving away QTUM but I never fully verified.
Can Americans be verified and be able to withdrawal now or have they closed it to foreigners?

It seems to just be wanting any old ID for photo verification, and if this works you could probably get your wife's son to do the same. Good luck getting your QTUMs out.
