I work at biotech company. They are making most of the staff resign and hired on at another company. They also said we have to waive all our stock options that would have vested over the years. Stock has tanked since I've worked here. Suddenly it pumps 400% over the past few months. Wtf are they planning.

its been highly voltaile, plus a ton of splits. Most people are at a loss. Also they didnt give most of us stocks, its just an option to buy at a price. If your a vp or something ya you got some stock, but its been split so much its worthless. The new investors are coming in buying up the stock at the low price. FDA approval happens, it pumps 400% but at same time they are cutting staff and removing stock options. Its like a shell game, no one is getting fired, just moved to another company. We still do all the same shit, nothing has changed. Anytime I had option to buy the stock at X price I didn't because I knew it was going to tank and I could buy it on open market cheaper.
