How the FUCK does anyone get a fucking job? Any job on indeed just wants years of experience and some fucking degree when I have little to no experience in anything. If I struggle finding a wagie job then how the fuck would anyone get these jobs?
>BUT JUST...LE LIE

References are so gay. It's just a way for jobs to ensure that you will kiss ass when need be because all a reference is is just writing a kiss ass email to someone to flatter them that you would put them as a reference. God corporate bullshit is very jewish and homosexual.

I just took one of the applications off the counter and filled it out while I was eating my happy meal. Started working 2 days later.

I’ve pretty much given up. I got lucky with a tax job, but they barely gave me any hours and it was only a month. Even the crappiest jobs either don’t even respond or they just deny you once you forgot about them after a few weeks. I’ve been broke selling my possessions to survive and buying tiny bags of crypto because it’s literally my only option.

Explain. I did this with a few grocery stores in my life but ive never walked in and had this happen. I job hunted a bunch in person and every store just tells me to go online which online does nothing

They all have paper applications but you have to actually see a manager to get one. Don't expect the low level wagies to give you any good advice. We don't want new people coming in actually doing well because ti will raise expectations for all of us.

I always ask mor the manager and either they tell me to fuck off and go offline or the manager just tells me "have you applied online yet?

Why should they have that shit nowadays when they can send everyone online where people look for jobs? Only grocery stores do this and even the dozen or more ive signed never call

McWagie tier: Have a pulse
Professional job: You need people you know on the inside to get you a direct final-round interview or just get outright hired. There's no way you'll get past the other 1000 applications if you apply through their portal, especially if your demographic isn't favorable.

I'm a forklift mechanic. My precious experience is installing security systems, tvs, led arrays and lighting, with some industrial wiring and some backup generator experience.
I achieved those jobs because I had experience installing and repairing fireplaces, but not before installing stores for a vape company through the early to mid 2010's, which I achieved because I had experience in construction, which I joined as a temp and became a regular for over ten years.

Start somewhere.

I was 30 years old with also no experience and just went to trade school. I went for welding but there are better options there. I did a 7 month course that teaches you all you need to know to get started at your first job. They might have something like that near you, it didn't cost too much and was easy to get a loan for it.
It's not enjoyable or glamorous but getting work has been easy.
