Are we going to see AI top out very soon? Like what is the limit of LLMs? The more I think about this whole AI thing, I kind of wonder if we are seeing a flash in the pan. Like basically LLM is just a breakthrough but there haven't been any advances in computing to make AGI any more feasible.


Like, people were predicting AGI in 2050, but now are saying like 2030. It doesn't make sense to me, feels like there must be a limit on LLM being able to train itself. Garbage in, garbage out.
