How many of you guys are remote working two or more jobs?

I am thinking of getting into sales and with the possibility working two jobs since my current job works in the late afternoon into the night. I was thinking of balancing out two jobs to dip my toes to try out the industry without leaving my current job.

I am currently remote making okay money.60-70k, and I love the lifestyle I am currently working. But I don't really see much progress in my career going forward without getting burned out (logistics/supplychain).

Sales seems to have a good upside. And if I can make good money without having to do much on the side why not right?

Your better off sticking to one job, its less money but better for your health. I'm sitting on about 20k a month like you guys (240k TC / year) and I end up with a fair amount to save. Pair like with the fact bascially everyone with a CS degree after a few years makes the 240k --> 350k + move TC wise and there is definately the money to use with more investment. Hopefully this stuff keeps going, I think we can avoid recessions with things remaining affordable like this. With a 240k MINIMUM TC your talking about the abiltiy to still easily afford a 400k+ house at about 7/8% interest rates. It's middle class living but otherwise good for the soul.

I did 2 remote jobs for 8 months.

It's good money, but you can't do it forever. I got burnt out pretty quick.

I made $400k in that 8 months though, so that's good.

There are many ways to make 200k outside of being a SWE though. Dentist, big law, medicine...hell even FAANG recruiter at a high level earns this much

My main job is $150k, and secondary one (contractor) is about $80k. At this point I do so little (automated stuff, good at BSing) I could probably grab a third one if I really wanted

Plus right now I'm living at home, so I pay $0 in rent, electricity, or internet. Just saving up absolute fucktons of money for a nice house and enough cushion on top of that to live comfortably for decades
