Well it's the thought that counts.

In any case, unless there are some wackjob greenies spreading it (looking at you, Canadian wildfires) you're looking at some local outbreak probably brought over by illegals, hence, small numbers. And all the cures for malaria and mosquitoes are cheap as hell/out of patent, so even if it got big there's probably no money to be made.

Big boys pushing the market up so they can sell at a higher price before the data drops tomorrow. I had a feeling but I was shaken out for a measly $11 gain instead of a few hundred had I stuck to my conviction. Not easy to do when you are staring at a 30% unrealized loss as they drive the price up artificially. So when it does go my way I take profit at the first sign of it. Need to be more patient and wait for better entries when my indicators really are flashing. I prematurely entered today and it worked out but could a woulda shoulda made more. Ah well, next time.

>Mark Douglas
That guy has a lot of great info. I'm currently back testing a strategy and aggregating data. My problem is I don't have a strategy that risks 1% to make 1%. I have a strategy that risks 1% to make 0.1%. and then when it's time to get stopped out I instead turn that 1% play into a 5% play to "buy the right answer". Works until it doesn't, and I've experienced the same catastrophic loss multiple times now. Now if I could just control myself and keep it to 1% I may be alright. And that is what I'm currently working on. But today Mark probably would have gotten stopped out vs holding through the pump for a reversal that may or may not happen. Today it happened. But it doesn't always. And when it doesn't, I have the nasty habit of martingaling into a huge loss. I didn't martingale today because I'm trying to be mindful of that. But idk what to think anymore. I would have hated getting stopped out.

When I worked at red lobster, during endless shrimp anytime you ordered more shrimp after your original order you you could only order 2 types at a time. It didn't initially start that way but it ended up having to be that way because rednecks and niggers would have their wives or girlfriends hide bags in their purses to dump the shrimp in and take home. We all universally dreaded endless shrimp because it only cost $15.99, you'd usually have a 2 top come in and order it, and they stay for hours just to give you a $3 tip on a $30 bill. Still have PTSD from that era of my life. Waiting tables is how I learned how to hate Americans.

Restaurant alfredo (and probably home-cooked alfredo) is one of the most unhealthy, calorie dense yet nutritionally deficit meals possible.
According to Olive Garden's own nutrition PDF, the Chicken Alfredo (with crispy chicken fritta) has 1790 calories, 114g of fat including 2g trans fat, 2670mg sodium, 7g sugar, and only 6g fiber. (That's actually more than I thought of fiber but doesnt make up for the rest)
It's marginally better if you get grilled chicken, etc but not by much.
Restaurant chicken alfredo is abysmally bad. When I was a kid I thought it was silly when restaurants started putting nutritional information on their menus... Until I went to order myself some alfredo, and wanted to vomit upon reading the nutrition info.

I am begging you on behalf of your arteries, make yourself some homemade pasta primavera.

Alright, this makes me want to get a Chicken Alfredo from Olive Garden now. The whole reason american goy cattle eat at these sort of restaurants is because they feel they get good value, lots of quantity for not much money. As such, the Chicken Alfredo is a really good "deal" in the eyes of most customers.

When I went on an RCL cruise a couple weeks ago, I really re-discovered that Americans are like size queens for food. They just love eating until their stomach lining is stretched apart and then they keep eating more until it hurts to eat.

I know someone who knows someone who has an elite Olive Garden game plan that maximizes the amount of food they get. Order the Never Ending Pasta bowl or any of the all you can eat options in Olive Garden. Then basically they just do what you said, fill up on salad and breadsticks / other "free" stuff before the meal comes. Then bring a backpack or a purse with some tupperware and tin foil. Load up a few rounds of your pasta and put it in the tupperware. Keep doing this until all your storage is full and your purse / bag has pasta spilling out of it.

Then, keep on ordering breadsticks and maybe eat some pasta.

Then, get as many to-go boxes as you possibly can and fill in a few rounds of pasta in there.

Then, keep on ordering breadsticks.

The gist of the strategy is to bring enough storage with you and to-go boxes that you've basically accumulated a few meals over the course of one dining experience at the Olive Garden.

Youre supposed to sneak in your own booze into the Olive Garden and drink it in the bathroom. I buy $1 New Amsterdam vodka shots (Peach, Apple, or Mango flavored) and take like 3-4 of them in the bathroom at the beginning of my meal right after I get my water or right after I'm seated.

Then you get a nice buzz. Wait for a few rounds of breadsticks and salad.

Then go back in the bathroom and take two more shots. You should be getting tipsy and hungry enough for a nice big meal at the Olive Garden. Always BYOB to restaurants.

You fast the full 2.5 days or do you do intermittent fasting, or like daytime fasting or what?
If the full 2.5 days, why the fuck?

Decades ago I worked in a restaurant washing dishes. The spaghetti was in cold water under the counter. The sauce was on the stove. When you would order spaghetti, they'd make a piece of garlic bread, take a handful of spaghetti from the water, throw it in the water that's always boiling on the stove, and heat it up for maybe a minute or so.
Take it out of the water, put some sauce on it, and throw on the bread. Voila.

Full 2.5 days, once a week. Hard reset for my body after the weekend. Sometimes I do Monday through Wednesday. But in general I usually only eat one meal a day and don't snack, so I'm usually doing IF of some sort.
