he can't say it will appreciate in value, that would make it a security. instead they have marketing that heavily implies it will without saying it outright. a favorite is unrelated charts going up. recently they switched to arrows pointing at investors from multiple sources. before that it was piles of things or icons that increased in size. it will hold up equally well as the "b-but i said not financial advice" of crypto scammers, but it's nice that they are making an effort
