I know this looks like a "bad" chart to most people since it's at a "low". But this is when smart money buys. Don't fomo the top when Phase 4 is released and this hits a new ATH (again). No, bullish/bearish price action has nothing to do with price level. What's important are the rate at which the price is currently changing, and the change in volume. The price in the OP charge is accelerating downward, which indicates that the bottom is much lower.
