That's not Stoch RSI. The 4H Stoch RSI is very bottomed now. OP is correct. There's not going to be any major dumpage with the 4H like it is now, only a small dump is possible. BTC has already dumped a few hundred since OP's thread was made. It could dump a few hundred more, briefly drop under 30k. But obviously it's going to bounce soon, and pump more than it dumped. Since the 4H is the way it is.

Later, though, when the 4H is higher there's a high probability a big dump considering the 1D is looking very bearish. However that's not guaranteed as the 1W is very low and looking bullish at the moment. But the 1W didn't fully bottom, so it can go lower. If (after the 4H has gone higher and begins to fall) the 1D starts falling and just keeps falling then it (the 1D doing that) would cause the 1W to look bearish again. Yes, obviously, the 1W would still be low (and go lower) but it wouldn't look like it's rising anymore. The 1D falling to the bottom would cause the 1W to look bearish again: it would start pointing downwards. The 1W only very recently started pointing upwards, so its very fragile; some heavy dumpage as the 1D falls can easily cause the 1W to look bearish again.
