Retirement is literally so easy.
I'm 23 and Australian.
Assume I choose to retire at 60
>superannuation
1-2 hundred a week set aside until retirement
7% average interest rate
That's 1.3 million dollars after 37 years
>30k I put in S&P500
9% average interest rate
That's another 0.8 million.
I'm already going to retire with 2 million dollars. The only hard part is getting a house in the next few years, but I should be able to when rates drop and my income rises soon.
