I have around $3k per month spare income, what do I do with it for mid-term gains? Even keeping up with fucking inflation would be good at this point. I'm currently putting it into an S&P 500 tracker fund which is doing not bad but again inflation is killing any gains. I already have crypto - put $60k in during the bull run like a retard and it's now worth $20k, I'm just sitting on that until the next bull run if it ever happens. So, what do?

Short term Treasury bonds or a savings account don't give it to a bunch of desperate scammers that needs liquidity to finance their ponzis. Be it stocks, over inflated commodities or god forbid crypto

convince me why a savings account is better than keeping it in a cash position in a brokerage earning slightly less but with the added benefit of being able the BTFD instantly. my savings acct yielding 5% takes a whole fucking week to transfer and clear funds.
