I agree with you, it's ridiculous
But is there some legal precedent for rugpulls? I'd guess there is something that says a company can't print stock out of thin air and rugpull all the shareholders, but it's not as if token creators have to do all the same jumping through hoops that a company has to do [yet]
New regulations are needed. And not the shitty half-assed ones we're probably going to get.
