I'd buy up 10 acres of property, split it five ways and divvy it out. I'd take my part, build a small house and a workshed and live the rest of my days out chilling with the senpai.
I'd toss the rest in a fund for repairs and upkeep and let it ride.

I only cash out $1000 increments 2-3x a month, and spend on bills, food, groceries, and the occasional splurge on gadgets or vacation etc.
