well you'll probably have a hard time signing a deal/contract with a good restaurant, but you might be able to "passively" sell mushrooms at farmers markets. That still requires you to talk to people but unless you're a troglodyte that can't understand basic customer service, you should do fine on that front.
That doesn't mean it'll be easy, there's still a decent amount of things you need to do.
