OP here is what I eat....

Breakfast: 1 serving of Oatmeal with cinnamon and 2 tbsp of ground flaxseed (no sugar, no milk/cream, no fruit) with 32oz of water

Lunch: Nothing

Dinner: Whatever is there + half a can of soda

Do this and you will lose weight everyday. At first it will be difficult, but then it becomes easy. On the weekend eat whatever you want, it still won't be enough to make up for the starvation through the week.

I bought a laptop and keep a ton of water bottles in a mini fridge next to my bed. I pee in the empty bottles so I pretty much only leave my bed when I need to poo. After pooping I make a meal and eat it on my bed. I'm eating less than 1000 calories a day and losing a ton of weight easily.

I can do OMAD (one meal a day) no problem when i dont smoke weed, always lose weight and feel great but if I start again I cannot control my hunger and I always gain weight. It's the night time binging before bed thats the worst.
