If it's far enough into the money it can be worth it to exercise, because the liquidity (i.e. other people willing to trade with you) can dry up and you won't be getting fair value.
Generally speaking though, as a new options trader, you want to sell the option to the jews. Unless your option is about to expire, it has time value beyond its ITM status, and the jews will pay you for that.

Man you will find that this is how it works in a big upswing. Then you get killed in a sideways market. Crypto is the same way. Back in 2021 everyone was doubling their net worth every week. But then the bottom fell out and everyone who didn’t cash out the top lost their ass. At least with options you can make money on the upswings and downswings. In the parent company's balance sheet under Total Equity you will find the value of the equity it owns in other businesses. The market value of the subsidiary goes there. Market cap of a company is roughly speaking what the market thinks all its future profits are worth. It can be totally unrelated to book value, which is what the company's assets including equity, buildings, employees, accounts receivable, etc. minus all its liabilities amounts to.

here's my routine brother. 3 miles per day treadmill. 1.5 hours hot yoga sessions a couple few times a week. 35 y/o 6'2.5" 175 lbs fit white male. do a lot of warm up before hand brother. make sure you have some hard joe walsh guitar riffs in the background as you get pumped up. get body loose first with ballistic dynamic movement stretches then light static stretching and turn on some fucking hard ass music riffs really loud. scream a lil bit like you're on the front lines of brave heart with mel gibson next to you after he just said he hates niggers a ton, and then grab those fucking dumbbells with your calloused hands. pick em up as soon as joe walsh starts soloing. scream some more then throw em up and keep screaming until you set the weights down like they are glass and can't break into pieces so you don't scratch moms hardwood floors.
