With lots of complaints about the volatile nature of crypto, is there still cryptos that still offer real solutions?

IDOs too if there are any

Monero is already useful for me. IDK about all the other shit.

I sold physical and digital items on moneromarket.io.
I bought things like VPS, VPN with monero.
I run my own node, on my home internet connection. I self-host the internet money I use. Imagine that. Pleases my /g/autism greatly.
I also mine on P2Pool with my own computers.
I move between countries a lot and avoided some serious money transfer clusterfuck thanks to Monero.
I get to save money in a completely ethereal, deniable way with no physical trace.
I don't care much about the price, it's always floating around $150 and 25th on CoinGecko these days.
Oh, I also wanted to cash out my CS:GO crates without KYC, but chose bank transfer because they only supported Bitcoin which had like 30$ fee. Absolute state.

It's basically

>BTC
>ETH
>LINK

Unironically. Everything else is either already dead or likely to be. MAYBE you can buy into some privacy narrative

>XMR if you want a pure private financial exchange which governments will likely ban but will never cease to exist
>ROSE if you want a privacy-centered ecosystem

If you are buying literally anything but the above 5 you're not betting on fundamentals/utility, simple as that.

Sadly, no. They've all failed to deliver.

I was holding out hope but it's dead Jim. It had 13 years to do something other than act as a speculative gambling scene and it failed.

IDOs on polygon are pretty amazing, especially if one is evading unpredictable gas fees
