Dumbass maxis actually thought the SEC shit was bullish. Instead it's literally what prevented BTC from flipping bullish and rallying with stocks who are now in a bull market.
Now BTC lost 25k and is preparing to dump to probably around the 20k level. If Gensler kept his jew mouth shut, BTC would have been rallying to 30k by now.
