Thats a broad question. Nail it down to something smaller. Do you want to make physical things or maybe software? do you want to sell a product you like? do you want to connect people? do you want to equip yourself with a skill and sell your labour?

Then you can be given a list of helpful options in that area but it is helpful to know more about what you find interesting.

With that much you could start a solid AI art service, throw it on an app, and then demonstrate it on Twitter. You have enough money to put together a fuckload of hardware to load all the input images that you could simply pay like 5 people to take photos of various shit all over the place, and then train it all with the help of maybe one guy who knows machine model learning well enough to work with you on whatever you feel might set you apart from the rest.
