The most important BTCUSD related things right now which you already should be aware of:

1: The 1W Stoch RSI is bottoming out. As it bottoms out expect some more dumpage. And in very bearish situations it can dump a lot while it's bottomed. So don't expect the dumpage to instantly stop just because the 1W gets below 10 points or so -- it could stay very close to 0 for some time while BTC dumps a lot.

2: The support that began in 2013, which the global market has traded as a support since 2015, failed recently and is now being traded against as a resistance.

3: The 1W MACD is extremely bearish (already crossed two weeks ago and has potentially a loooong way left to fall).

And possibly 4: The 1M Stoch RSI is rounding off, in other words it's starting to look like it might be "topping" out around 65-70 points and begin going down. If that's what happens, that's extremely bearish. If it were to fully round off and roll over and fall, then that means a new bear market is starting.

In short RSI is basically the amount of bullishness considering volume
If there's lots of buys (with higher volume) against lots of sells (with slightly less volume) RSI goes up, as in, the relative strength, ie retard strength
Relative strength goes down when there's a high volume of selling and a relatively smaller volume of buying. The idea is it's all relative. This is why in overall low volume environments, RSI can still protrude even though HISTORICALLY the volume sucks.
