this is just rural property out in the woods where you would think you can get an acre with no restrictions, just to set a foundation for something, but no, it all is residential, you aren't allowed to camp there, a building has to be 1200 square feet etc

I think US govt sells 10 acres in Alaska for $10k to veterans, so $12k for 4.5 acres, zoned, really not bad.
