Chainlink BUILD is going to make stakers A LOT of money this upcoming bull run. I'm not going to post some schizo math to convince you. All I will say is that some of these build tokens that have already been allocated to stakers, will 100-500x during the bull market. Some of these projects will become multi-billion dollar mcaps. Your *only* job is to sell your BUILD rewards near the peak of the market cycle. Depending on when and how Build tokens are released, you might be tempted to insta-sell them into LINK, but remember that these low cap tokens will outperform link if you time your sells right. Good luck out there Marines. Stay positive and find peace that the current is in your favor.

pretty sure you will have the option of withdrawing just build and link rewards, keeping your link permanently staked if you wish.

is this the part where we pretend link won't have basic staking functionality for months on end?

What build tokens? You don't have any, nor have any idea if and when you'll ever receive them. Has the team even said they will be airdropped to you for free? If you have a resource confirming this, could you please share?

From here: https://blog.chain.link/chainlink-build-program/

>Chainlink BUILD aims to accelerate the growth of early-stage and established projects within the Chainlink ecosystem by providing enhanced access to Chainlink services and technical support in exchange for commitments of network fees and other incentives to Chainlink service providers, such as stakers.

"Such as" doesn't feel too convincing. This seems like it will be for the big players who actually interact with Chainlink services and/or there will be other conditions required in order to be eligible for these "incentives"

you will only pay taxes on the rewards when you choose to pay the gas fee to acquire them. that's how it works. so we are in full control of when and how we pay the taxes.

I am not bullish, I am beyond bearish.
Chainlink is a globohomo shitcoin of the highest order and is going straight to zero.
Your days of shitting up biz with your astroturfed psyops are over. You've been found guilty of using DARPA bots, paid shills and sybil attacks to push the WEF agendas, and for that you will pay with your miserable life.
You shills and bagholders will be financially EXTERMINATED and there is nothing you can do about it except watch in horror as it all comes tumbling down. The ride ends here for you linkies, the game is over.

Yeah... Uh. No.
Sergays just giving you stakies some of his premine bag so that you retards think this project is going anywhere. The funniest prank he's doing is that he's giving less than just buying a treasury bill and that's not even taking into account that ChainLink dumps the most and pumps the least. The v0.1.0 staking release is such a sick joke that i can't believe people are defending it. Most people hate getting scammed and losing money, but not LINKies! Now they're getting excited about some mickey mouse playmobil tokens that they also might have flung there way. Stockholm Syndrome is a hell of an ailment and I think they should rename it Staking Syndrome at this point. The jokes about cuckold cages are too mean spirited and cause LINKcels to double down instead of seeking help.

Anon I put some

Anon let's say I have 1000 chainlink staked.

Then I have staked (100*1000)/22500000 = 0,00044444444 % of the supply.

Let's say a project with 1.000.000.000 token supply and a tokenprice of $1 (top 50 marketcap) decided to supply 3% of their tokens as a BUILD reward.

You would get 3.000.000*0,00044444444 = $1333,33

Fantastic right?

Well I think the catch will be that they will slowly give out those build rewards and not in a big bang. So for the next 10 years a project will give 0.3% of the supply instead of 3%. And then you would only get $133,33....

It's not fud, it's a reality in my country (Australia). Staking rewards, including the BUILD program, are taxable income. I also need to keep a FIFO spreadsheet because we get a 50% capital gains reduction on assets we've held for over a year.

yes, but it is only taxed when you can actually access it i.e. when you pay the gas fees to get it unstaked. at least that's how it works in the US.

I made great profits off of Chainlink (Ticker: LINK).

Chainlink (Ticker: LINK) is a great cryptocurrency with a promising future supported by Eric Schmidt, a former American business executive and software engineer who served as the CEO of Google from 2001 to 2011 and the company's executive chairman from 2011 to 2015, as executive chairman of parent company Alphabet Inc. from 2015 to 2017, and Technical Advisor at Alphabet from 2017 to 2020.
