The second ledger will be smart contracts enabled. They will both use the same XRP so no new tokens will be minted. This will create a massive supply shock since there will essentially 2 ledgers with a split amount of XRP.
Do with this information what you want.

no they both can use XRP but neither will

>XRPL doesn’t use XRP
Kill yourself bitfuck. This is a fork you will NEVER see. mETH migrated to current network and left classic mETH behind, bitfucks cling on to the inferior network and let it fork 20 more times.
No XRP will ever be minted ever again. The amount that will migrate to the new ledger is to be determined by users, causing a split of supply.

I wouldn't really say "massive" or "supply shock" but should be bullish in long term.

More importantly, after the SEC case is over Ripple will start a US based exchange using XRP like Binance used BNB. But that isn't happening until Q2 2024.

The liquidity hub? I’m excited to see what they’ll pull
It will be a strange supply shock. The escrowed XRP will not participate, so let’s say 20B out of the 51B circulating decide to migrate, that would mean the forked ledger ONLY has 20B XRP to its total supply while the legacy ledger holds 49B and 21B circulating. I’m wondering which ledger would have the most activity, we could effectively dump the legacy ledger and migrate to the new one and leave Ripple to hold the legacy XRP, but then you’d have to wonder which ones the banks will prefer.
Additionally, this is a THREAT to XRPL devs to get their shit together, this doesn’t have to happen but we need those federated sidechains and the AMM NOW

so if a shitcoin worth 0 becomes twice as valuable, that's an extremely bullish forecast of 0!

So if godcoin worth 27B forks the ledger and allows token holders to choose out of the total circulating supply how much XRP will circulate on the new ledger to enable smart contracts it becomes twice as valuable
BITFUCKS NEED TO KILL THEMSELVES NOW
