The thing that’s so over the top is that Manhattan is fun, but it’s not incredibly unique exclusive fun that can’t be found anywhere else. And quite frankly most of the fun is to be had if you’re single which I doubt is the case for someone buying that thing and it’s overkill even if you were. The maintenance on it…I can’t even imagine. That thing exists purely to flex on other rich people which like anyone else, not every rich person cares about doing. Manhattan culture is strange though and a lot of people there are status obsessed as shit so for that crowd that thing is like the crown jewel. There really isn't anything better about q city, even New York city, and eve especially New York city. There are bars everywhere, you can build a mansion anywhere, there are people you've never met everywhere. The one and only thing is Broadway.
