anybody else suffer from chronic fatigue/ depression?

Every fucking day is a struggle

As a man, you can't talk to anyone about it. Everyone is disgusted by a man with problems. "Just man up!" look, I feel physically exhausted after a 30 minute conversation and have to go to bed. Every moment of every fucking day is accompanied by a background level of psychic pain that varies from "bug bite" to "suicidal". Nothing helps, sleeping doesn't help, exercise doesn't help, socializing is exhausting, meditation doesn't help, dietary interventions don't help. Vitamins don't help. I feel like I could sleep for a year and it wouldn't be enough. I've felt exhausted for 15 fucking years.

Is there anybody out there who fucking UNDERSTANDS or am I completely fucking alone in this desert?

>> No.55227583

Yes.
Don't go to a doctor though unless you want to be enraged by a "Just exercise and eat healthy bro" response.

Yeah I have the same thing.

Not living the life I want to live, bad relationships, society going downhill, incoming severe recession. It all adds up to chronic psychic pain.

My only advice is to get outside into nature, read philosophy, and meditate.

If you drink coffee or other caffeinated stuff, stop it.

Also, maybe you have a problem with your spine, scoliosis or whatever. I had some problem with the spine and also a rib (hard to explain, very long story and not solved entirely yet). This bullshit fucked my CNS, I was always exhausted, slept 10-12 hours and still was tired. But also anxious when awake, always wanted to workout, like a fuckin drug. Now that the problem is solved my urge to workout is way less, feel way less stressed. It had to with nerves, physically, that caused my autonomic nervous system to be fucked.

i had chronic fatigue when i didn't get enough sun / didn't exercise / didn't eat right / didn't drink enough
and yes i felt i was moving and exercising and eating and doing everything right at the time
but i didn't
i sat on my ass for hours at a time in front of the computer
i ate what felt healthy rather than carefully cataloguing every single meal and life quality for that day until i got to know what worked best for me
i drank water whenever rather than hourly
i went on pretend walks around my apartment with earphones in my ears, now i take 1 to 2 hours hikes in nature every day, no electronic device
i had the same exercise routine week after week rather than targeting specific needs on a case by case basis
if this makes you scoff and you're mr perfect already then maybe you have a chemical imbalance and need to see someone for it
but i think it's easy to think you're doing ok and give up when in fact the solution is just around the corner by doing slightly more of what you've already been doing
if nothing else, hormones settle with age so if you're barely in your early twenties the answer might just be to tough it out until it improves on its own

I think the single most important thing for feeling better is getting off the screens. You’ve got to turn off the MacBook, turn off the iPhone, and take out the AirPods during what little leisure time you have or else you’re screwed.

Even asking the question indicated clearly just how badly you need to do what I said. In healthy people that aren’t doped up on screens, there’s an inner drive to do certain things that reveals itself. If you don’t realize this and think that you have nothing to do when you get off the screens, it only speaks to the fact that you’ve probably never really done this and haven’t developed as a human person independent of screen technology, which is very bad. Why don’t you just try it?

You may have low testosterone. Go to the doctor and get a check up and tell them you want all your hormones checked. If it's a lifestyle thing it will be more counter intuitive. The things you think are helping you rest may be draining you and the things you think would exhaust you may stimulate your organism.

Have you ever tried eating pop tarts? I'm eating one right now and its sending signals to my brain telling me I'm happy, I'm complete, I'm in the moment.
You are no doubt fighting a hard battle, but so is everyone.
Now I'm having a pop tart, at 2AM in the morning I wanted to disappear in the earths abyss because I couldn't sleep and felt frustrated. You gotta ride the waves man. you're in a depression gully now, find your pop tart and get out.
In the meantime, I'll pray for you.

Self improvement is a meme.
People are tired because life is tiresome.
More than likely it isn't actually a true chronic fatigue. Its a fatigue of the mind not the body. They have no motivation or drive because there is no reward. The primary reward for a man is a good woman and good women do not exist anymore. Why clean your room? Women aren't coming over anyway.
OP could go on speed like everyone else does since they call this lack of drive due to shitty clown world "ADHD". Then he would be a good goy and work harder for the jews who made this world what it is.

Same here. Not vaxxed. Don't think I got covid, maybe did. Always tired. In bed now. Quit drinking a week ago and still woke up like crap. I felt good on keto. Maybe I need to quit falling too. No caffeine ever. I suspect it's an issue with my thyroid. My plan is to eat more healthy fish and chicken. Cleaner fats.

I need to socialize more but there's no good way. Everything cost money or takes place in a bar. Everyone is pissed and carrying guns. This isolation psyop is working. I still feel hopeful that if I push harder or research more I can fix it.

At least you know someone who isn't vaxxed is going through the exact same. Maybe we caught hepatitis from a disgruntled taco bell employee that we complained on.
