Seriously, I can't find any motivation to work anymore. Its not even about money at this point. Its like every fucking "respectable" job requires you to sit behind a computer and waste away your life between your 20's and 30's.

I can't even focus anymore, the more I work in this unending cycle of routine, I find myself aching for the spirited days of school. There's a deep longing within me for more than just a paycheck; I crave the thrill of learning and the energy of being in a crowd of like-minded folks my age. I'm missing that feeling of being a key player in a vibrant, youthful game. Now, I'm left pondering, how do I capture that lost sense of exhilaration and adventure?

This nigga actually is trying to seek fulfillment in his job.

Better than seeking it in porn or vidya, but you won't find lasting fulfillment in anything but God.

This. Also OP is looking at it all wrong. You go into work only to give them the absolute bare fucking minimum required to not be fired. Use the money they give you to invest in yourself. Whether that’s your side hustle, scouting real estate opportunities, whatever. Bottom line is they’re just a source of revenue for what you really want out of life. Companies view you as disposable so you treat them the same. As soon as you acquire either a skill or the necessary experience to find a better paying source of revenue for your other endeavors, leave them immediately. Better for you to be done with them before they’re done with you.

Boomers had more exciting times, at their job. Think of truckers who would freely roam America. Or salesman traveling and with just one job, getting a deal. Even if you worked in an office, you had your own room where you could smoke and someone would bring you coffee.

Now they bring WFH like it's progress. Wasting the best years of your life locked in your home while dealing with family life a high mortgage and micro management.

I cope by taking it easy, going to get me house with some land and when the mortgage is done I will slowly work less hours.
