If it were up to them it would all be dead, unfortunately Ripple is goin to win, which is also why they adjusted their enforcement tactics to central exchange on/off ramps claiming everything offered by them is a security because it is too hard and too time consuming to go after each individual coin project - (which of course they knew it would be too time consuming, but didn't realize how to argue what the cutoff point for investment contract offering is during a project's lifecycle).

Now it's much simpler to just shutoff the spigot entirely.

Having said that Ripple will probably open its own exchange only trading in pre-2017 coins and be only central player in US. Unsure about whats going to happen with Kraken though. They may have an agreement.
