I meant disturbed*, but I don't have economic background and no one here seams to be sure that it will happend but it seams that usually: when the debt ceiling is increased, the fed has to increase the interest rate on loan and first it slow down the economy, it reduces the risks people can take, because they have to pay more interest on their loans.
And because us is at the bases of the economy, (pension fund has European assets, etc..) The European economy has to follow the trend to avoid capital outflow. Same for other us clients. It's the Mondial event that allows money people to ask more for their services.
