Pretty much this. If you don't hate each others guts and can still stand to be around her, might just suck it up and stay there until the lease is over. Assuming you can even afford to move out and pay rent for two places until the lease is up. Otherwise maybe throw yourself at the mercy of family or friends and see if you can crash at their place until you can get back into your own.

she won't pay it, so then file in small claims court for breach of contract.
at that point, the judge will make a determination and say she needs to pay.
