There's less "nepotism" at elite corporations since they actually have the resources to do proper screening and vetting.
Small companies don't so it's rational and productivity maximising for them to hire people for which they have social proof for free because someone at their company is vouching for them.

Referring to all socially-connected hiring as "nepotism" as though it is something bad is a jewish psyop to try and undermine natural, healthy social bonds and relations and try to turn goyim into deracinated, cut-off, atomised individuals.
