when the war in ukraine started i remember all my friends and family non-stop talking about politics, who was in the "right" side, WW3 speculations, etc
the only thing that was in my mind was getting as much fiat as i could and investing on petrochemical commodities

i remember i would even come on /biz/ to discuss it but the overwhelming majority of NPCs were having /pol/-tier discussions, maybe 5% of /biz/ was capable of having purely logical, emotionless discussions on how to profit

in the end i made lots of money where most people around me failed to even conceptualize the opportunity
