I think most people internalize this pursuit of money as if it's an end in itself. How do people not sort out what's actually important to them? Unironically, it might just be really bad constipation. A few years back during an extremely stressful time in my life I was having long periods of time between taking shits. Turns out your guts will react to stress by holding on to waste (think about men in a combat scenario over a prolonged time). Long story short I ended up with the worst pain I've ever experianced from cramps (litterally felt like getting repeatedly stabbed in the gut) and diareha of mostly blood. Scared the hell out of my fiance and she convinced me to go to the emergency room. Apparently I hadn't taken a decent shit in months and my intestines were impacted. Shit was just squirting around the harded waste in my intestines and the lining was bleeding in response to intense irritation/infection. Ended up getting a perscription to take a bunch of laxatives...don't recommend but fixed the problem after a weekend of horrific time in the bathroom.

Start by drinking a ton of water and electrolytes. Worst case it won't hurt things, best case it might help losen things up. If that doesn't work move to a natural laxitive (psyillium powder products). Take it seriously though and if it's really that bad consider going to the ER.
