The high circulating supply is associated with market cap. You are limited by market cap unless you are going to magically have a bunch of money enter crypto from somewhere. $37500 per coin means a market cap of $1.95 trillion, which is almost double the market cap of not just bitcoin ethereum, etc. but ALL cryptocurrencies combined. That is not the proposition at all. The idea is that XRP will be a neutral bridge asset. Basically replacing the petrol-dollar for a sovereign unit of value.
The monetary system will function as usual, just with all the friction of clearing houses and nostro/vostro removed.

Speculators will be a fraction of the total value moved on the network, not enough to sway the markets either way. You already see this happen now with XRPs perpetual crabbing. Ironically, the enormous circulating supply is what will stabilize the price at whatever value it reaches.
