What do you think will happen in the short term when student loan repayment starts up again in August? I'm student-debt free so I'm hoping to pick up a newer vehicle for cheap, as I think some average people will face repos, defaults, or selling of assets when the monthly bills kick in. The average American is barely floating by, propped up by ballooning credit debt, and one more minimum monthly payment might be the straw that breaks the camel's back. Anyone else feel the storm coming?

I think Americans can absorb more monthly payments now that they have the option to spread their credit across a whole year and more for smaller purchases. I think we will see more people living with their parents though.
