Tectonic and volcanic activity personally.
I need to do more research before deciding.
Perhaps there is safe areas in regards to this but i do not know yet and do not have money to do so yet so i have not looked into it.
The areas safe from tectonic and volcanic would also need to be safe from other threats, such as pollution and crime while having enough room, estate wise, for my family and some extended family.
Anbd i would need to further look into the politics to ensure future stability.
Perhaps a vacation is in order.

The future looks like white people becoming the jews of the world. As the west continues to brown, white flight will increase. There will be no 21st century superpower, but a decentralization of geopolitics as places like Singapore and maybe Dubai, and maybe even El Salvador become continue to become more developed and wealthier. The future isn’t some white countries that are rich while the rest of the world is brown and poor, it will be some white neighborhoods that are rich while the rest of the world is brown and poor.
