browse fresh pairs. Beware 50% are rugs. 40% hit 20-50k and go to zero in 5-30 minutes. Some hit a couple hundred k. Some go to a milli or 5. Very rarely you find one that will go over 10M but you will sell early.

It's about the certainty no the price. you can buy lottery tickets all you want but you will just lose your money. That being said, I think it will touch anything between 40 - 100usd before EOY. This market is in the most degenerated state its ever been and money will soon shift to real use cases instead of useless scams.

Buy something that had big volume and now has low volume and is 80% from ATH. Released within the last 12 months. Contract should be renounced or LQ burned/locked. New chain or technology which didn't hype yet (zksync for example)

You can but nobody dares and there are lots of rugs. Like above anon said browse fresh pair on dextools. 99.9% are rugs, but there are numerous rugs that can be revived nobody just wants to do the works, all wants to ride the pumps, hence you can never find new pepe
