Just a chicken, couple of steaks then lots of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Gonna try getting by on 2 meals a day, a protein shake with banana and peanut butter and almond milk for breakfast then just meat and veg at night

Been thinking about buying a AR-15 on sale for memorial day but not sure if I can find something better to buy yet. Im also unsure if whether or not to buy some good speakers so I don't have to wear headphones all the time. I must have been Jewish in a past life the way I spend money it's ridiculous.

i took the protein shake pill a few months ago. i substitute a meal, usually dinner, and feel good.

you have room to shoot at your property? i kind of miss the countryside desu. saving money is good though. i tend to splash out on vacations, but live well below my means.
