MACD only tells you whether the price will rise or fall, not by how much. But obviously, logically, it's going to fall more than 2k and that's being very conservative. But it could also fall more than 20k. Or anywhere in between. Of course falling more than 20k seems totally unrealistic - the point is simply that it's impossible to tell just by looking at the MACD.
