I walked to a meeting in my large company to the software area and I was shocked like you. I don't know how software culture converged on this at the workplace. They want to be in kindergarten. They take pride in not knowing how the business works, apart from software. They take pride in not giving a fuck about the effects of software on the user and trying to rewrite everything in the latest trendy language.

The programmers enjoy being bossed about by a midwit roastie "delivery manager" or "product manager".

I've seen childless women treat whiteboards with sticky notes on them like their own children.

Half of them are trannies or homos.
