>> No.55106361

Income tax, inheritance tax, is such bullshit
What right does the government have to say how much of your money you can keep and what you can do with it
LVT for life

I'm pretty sure you can't be taxed for receiving gifts. Your parents would.

They also only get taxed if they go over 16k, and they've gifted over 1.24m in their lifetime over that 16k/year. Basically, that 16k amount resets every year. If you gift over that in a year, it counts against your "lifetime amount" where if you go over that, it gets taxed.

But I think gift taxes are always on the giver

Inheritance tax specifically can fuck itself forever. My mom passed away a little over a year ago and the government robbed me of so much money that that she wanted me to have. It's not like I'm mad over it just because I need the money, it's the principle of the thing. You work to save up money to give to your loved ones and then the government steps in like "Hi, some of this is mine because reasons."

Do you not use roads? Public schools? Fuck outta here, no one should be able to even give away 12million without some of it going to a municipality for it to be used for actual work. It’s set up this way so the super rich who are gifting 1million don’t circumvent the rules.

Provide proof of transactions showing the flow of money from taxpayer to road maintenance etc.
This should be easy for you, a government employee, to provide since you have access to this information.
If you do not have access to this information, then cease claiming things which are not provably true.
>It’s set up this way so the super rich who are gifting 1million don’t circumvent the rules.
I showed an example of how to circumvent these rules easily. >>55106361

Fuck you, niggerloving piece of shit. We all know an enormous amount of govt money goes to gibs and so much is blatantly stolen from those who actually work. Endless printing to destroy what little worth is left in the dollar to cover massive deficits just like the massive number of spics flowing over the border who immediately get gibs one way or another.

>t. government employee
The only reason the rich do not care about taxes is because they do not have to pay them.
Avenues for tax-evasion exist solely for the well-funded.
As a government employee, you are not rich.
Until you publicize proof of transactions, in regards to budgets, you will continue to experience total value drainage because of your taxation policies and inability to enforce said policies.
The only sources of taxation that will be left in the future, will be from those you distributed to in the first place.
There will be less and less generation of value in your retarded economic system because of this.
Your competitors are scooping up all the value you lose.
The competitors can only gain more value as you futilely attempt to snatch it back.

canada doesn't
uncle sam is just really anal about taxation, not many civilized countries try to tax you on worldwide income when you're a non-resident, but the US does
its a smart move because it means, unless there's a tax treaty in-place, it is always the most tax efficient to live and work in the US as a US citizen

Russia is not an option.
No country really is as governments themselves have been proven fallible in every recorded instance.
The three way relationship fails every time because of the authority, the point of failure, regardless of the apparent policies and politics the government enacts.
The only solution to this is decentralization of everything.
It can be done.
It will be done.
Those who do not want it done are the authority (whatever it is) and the corruptors themselves.

for a house, if it was their primary residence, you don't have to pay anything. If it's a secondary residence or commercial residence (like if you inherited some apartments) you'd owe capital gains on that, which is 50% of the gain (so 50% is untaxed) at your marginal rate
