So I rent for my business.

My landlord is ancient, vaxxex up, and senile. He's fucking up his side of maintenance and I'm wondering what I can do to sue him or something.

I mostly want some financial relief or to get him gone so I can buy the building myself.

This dude is literally one of the richest men to ever live. He bought our building and basically started to threaten to evict us after we had been there for 5 years.

I am the true king of the strip as I help all the other tenants with trash, security, general moving shit all day.

I manage my own AC and plumbing work since he's such a fucking coot.

He has property all over the US and tries to micro manage it from 5 states away.

Either way what seems to happen in these moments is there is a ton of ego involved right? He's senile to the point of being childish. So I am looking for ways to force his hand through fear of some type of legal procedure. For the newfags this world is fairly dog eat dog yes? He's had little compassion for my pains and I am just returning what I received.

I really want to but the building and rennovate it but he's kept alive by Frankenstein medicine.
