It’s the first major release that Chainlink has completed since mainnet.
It’s not going to be some overnight 100x pump, but it’s the first major milestone to accomplishing the real adoption we’ve all been waiting for.

There’ll probably be a small pump because they’ll probably launch with a decent partnership announcement, but it’s going to take a few years to see CCIP being used to it’s full potential.
