I’m SUICIDAL, almost took out my life today. Almost all the time I am awake I think of taking out my life, so I am sleeping most of the time.

I am struggling financially, I live in a shithole country and dropped out of college. If someone can give me any advice, thank you.

I don’t know how much longer I can take and I am writing this here because I am desperate, in a point where I can’t think of anything but taking my life when I am awake.

Don't give up and don't stop trying. Some people get in a bad mental state, but you can get better one day. Eat more and get some good nights of sleep. Walking outside during the day helps too.

I posted this same thread a few months ago Op, when I was going through some tumultuous times. I quit drinking, lost 35 lbs, and just made a killing off the NVDA trade. My longer term issues have gotten better, but they will take time to work through.

My point it, once you're close to the bottom and you don't cross that line, you have nowhere to bounce but up. Find joy in the small things, make a change, get a new change of scenery.

I live in one of the most corrupt countries in the world where very few people that belong in a lobby make money, and the rest of people are forced to work in jobs with shit wages

I know what it’s like to have no perspective I know what it’s like to feel hopeless and alone I know the pain you are going through

But if you kill yourself, that tiny chance you have of experiencing a good life will go to zero….even if you fail at everything and end up homeless, life is only one, and it will be over sooner or later. Just keep fighting, when you are at the point of wanting to kill yourself, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

you could be having emotional flashbacks to the feeling of childhood abandonment, as I do regularly, as do most people raised in the modern world.

I am where you are several days out of 10. Maybe not as serious for me, but I struggle with not wanting to live a lot. I find that these feelings are a result of having no one to protect me or care for me at an early age. There are ways to manage and heal from these flashbacks, listed on Pete Walker's site. You're going to have to grieve these losses though, with real tears and pain. Running from it with drugs and distractions or projecting your suffering onto people and things only makes it worse. Just give it a try, what do you have to lose?

Get a job, that solve finances.
Then work on your body and stop internet use. Read books or hike or something in spare time.

Solves the basic economic problem.
Solves the restless out of shape body problem.
Solves the shit scrolling problem.

Do that and you will have the fundamental issues of living out of the way. Those are the heaviest of burdens to bear but the most straightforward to solve.

It doesn't take a long time either. You could solve them all in 1-2 months. Just pivot away from internet and your bad habits formed online.

I did it, left the darkness behind forever. It was easier than I ever imagined, the first steps were the hardest, the rest was being rewarded for leaving the tiny comfort zone.
