I eat home made pizzas and smoothies every day. It cost about 1.50 cad to make each pizza and it taste better than delivery. Frozen fruit dor my smoothies is cheap too. I can literally eat pizza and smoothies for 100 dollars a month or less. Feels good not being a consumer. I was spending 200 to 300 bucks a month on groceries not knowing what to cook and now I know what I am having every meal. Smoothies and pizza. Its over grocery jews hate me.

Based HomeCookPilled.

Imagine Spending 300$ a week to have some brown fry some rice and 2oz old chicken for you, slathered in salt and corn oil.
Then toss it while its still fucking HOT inside a PLASTIC container
Then some angry tranny puts it in their smell car, and drives it to you, leaves it on the floor, then FISTS YOUR DOOR to COMPLAIN ABOUT MORE TIP.
Did I mention you paid 15$ for the "food", 8$ in fees and taxes, 5$ tip all for about 5 bites of food, that's somehow 1400 calories and 30g protein because its covered in corn oil?

And Anons are convinced this is better, more affordable, and healthier than cooking yourself. KEK

best pizza dough sits in the fridge for three days before use
you should be making enough to have pizza all week
it's a shame we lost the simple skills of our ancestors
met an ol ukri and they prep everything in the morning, using same flour for everything, pastries, breads, cakes etc. just separating what they need for each one and adding the ingredients unique to the particular recipe
i started doing it with stuff like soups, bolognese etc. because alot of them need tomato, carrots, onion, celery and garlic as the base anytway so i make a vat of it which will keep 2+ weeks if stored correct
then just add your mince to your portion when you want or eat as tomato soup by putting in a lil cream maybe turn it into minestrone with beans and pasta or moroccan style with chickpeas
can even curry it with some seasoning
cheese sauce for mac/tuna bakes is easy too and keeps for same length at least
all of this takes less time than you'd wait for deliveries, feels better and doesn't destroy your perception of effort-reward which makes people lazy

oh, and make sure to get whole milk mozz if you can. Or buy a ball of fresh stuff and grate it. Just make sure to throw it in the freezer before you try to grate, otherwise it just turns to goo and breaks into big clumps.

There's arsenic in white rice that you're not removing either when you don't wash or rinse.
There's cyanide in your apples.
Carcinogens in everything browned or charred.
Neurodisruptors in onions.
Microplastics in everything that's even been adjacent to plastic.
Stop pretending you care, you just want to justify your laziness.
I'd have more respect for you if you stopped masturbating your ego about it and just admitted you can't be bothered to put in time or effort and would gladly trade away your health and risk all the nasty shit that can be put in anything a wagie prepares for you just to continue your laziness.
I know people who've gotten toenails disguised as onions from chinese. There are videos of people wiping their arse with food, spitting in it, blowing their nose on it, fucking jizzing in it and pissing on it.
You choose this and choose to be lazy.

Some indian doctor wrote an essay about it.
It's probably nothing because he's a vegan.
Basically he was claiming it temporarily confuses singals in the brain harming his meditiative practices and was trying to further claim this is why buddhists and the like don't eat them even though it's actually because onions have a longer growing season and are considered a higher order of lifeform than other vegetables.
The benefit to your blood, especially when combined with garlic, outweighs any temporary confusion you may or may not experience from the eating of onions.
I think he probably just gets a lot of heartburn with the way onions are prepared in india and needed to science it up to justify not eating his moms din din.
I added it as an example of a nothingburger that people worry about when they should be concerned with stuff like the estrogen content in western sourced meats, especially chicken which is functionally human estrogen, and microplastics or fucking canola, which is highly inflammatory and oxidative before they overheat it and turn it into a toxic plasma and season it with corn syrup to make your fries.

Not all of them.
Plenty of seed oils are fine, just check the smoke temperatures and don't sustain heat.
If seed oils were so bad then the countries that eat the most, non-western seed oils at least, wouldn't have such low cancer rates in comparison to us.
The ones we use in the west are overwhelmingly bad and cheap to produce.
The biggest problem we face is how things are produced and our collective attention to what is being put into the things we eat.
As a general rule, if the food is popular or trending in the west then you should avoid it.
Like everything they touch, normies ruin foods by overconsuming and underinspecting.
They are such easy targets that i can't personally blame the producers of the poisons especially when the normies lean into their own naivette and ignorance so heavily by reinforcing it with arrogance.
Pay attention to the next food trend and you'll see how they are all playing the expert telling everyone how healthy it is after reading a quarter of an article and refusing to research.
Cunts like that would vote to ban everything if you told them it was bad without any evidence whatsoever and are the reason regulatory bodies are incompetent or corrupt.
They sow the seeds of their own, and our, destruction by mindlessly followng, like locusts, whoever appears to have put in effort researching.
The will kill us all with stupidity while exclaiming their intelligence and morality.

combining /ck/ with /fit/ is where it really gets based. I treat food like fuel now. Takes me exactly 7 minutes to cook a lb of grass fed beef/bison with mixed veg and a cup of white rice or a sweet potato. Same grocery cost every week makes for easy budgeting and I can just consider anything else recreational spending. Plus who doesn't like meat and potato dishes, its always satiating and when combined with moderate effort in the weight room you'll look better than 95% of westerners.

Here is a little secret about dough Add orange juice or vinegar or citric acid power into your dough, or all three at once.

You will have to scale it with the amount of dough you make. It will condition your dough to be more like what is sold in stores. Soft and fluffy.

You can also use

lecithin powder or granules
pure vitamin C powder
ground ginger
cornstarch organic

together or mixed
