Proof of stake is if you think it too the end not Sybil resistance because the proof of stake token is easier and faster to centralize than proof of work favoring central bank actors to keep control over pos dlt, where proof of work is impossible to centralize by a single entity due to the limitations of energy such an entity has access to making it Sybil resistant also in a few 1000 years
