People don't know what they want. In that chart, you can imagine yourself to be the government and read it that way, or you can imagine yourself to be a private investor and read it that way.
Either way, nothing makes people happy. If they make it easier to finance things, people finance everything, but the cost goes up, since there's more financing to go around. If they make financing more difficult, everyone complains about how difficult it is to finance things, but the cost goes down.

Depends on the person. It adds to your character, mental health, future career opportunities and networking and most importantly accomplishes all the previous functionswhile keeping you from wasting your timeandmoney on things destructive to your succes. For you it could be the code meme. I'm not good at that so my skills I built were foreign languages, /fit/ type skills, artistic skills, design and image skills, among others.
Some people's skills could be welding, carpentry, drawing, making rap beats, whatever skills you are good at and love to do.
I recommend at least one of them be creative, at least one require learning constantly, and at least on be athletic in some capacity

Here's the secret:
