oh my oh my...
I think i came across something pretty big frens..

You probably all know the SLV's ETF, but i'll give a QRD for the potential newfrens so they aren't lost in translation.
Basically the COMEX serve as a warrant to guarantee the backing of a silver ETF, ticker : SLV, owned by Blackrock. No need to introduce Blackrock.
I already covered this many times, but historically, over a dozen participants were sharing the custody of SLV's physical backing. Because holding 350Moz is quite a large amount. But very recently, JPM became the sole custodian for ALL the silver, probably by express demand of Blackrock. So all the silver held by other majors institutions were transfered to a new subterranean vault, called Vault B, owned by JPM.

Few years ago, the billionaire Sprott launched a new silver ETF, called PSLV, because he didn't trust Blackrock/JPM to truly own all the silver they were claiming they had, and for the past 3 years Sprott aggressively DCA'd all what he could get his hands onto.

That's where it become interesting : last week, Blackrock discretly purchased 20.5 millions shares of PSVL, for $185M. So much so Blackrock is now the first institutional holder with over 5% of outstanding shares.

Wanna know when it happened? Settled on the 12th, so probably purchased the 11th. The 12th, a huge, uninorganic dump of silver spot happened. Then more.

This date also correspond to JPM aggressively replenishing the COMEX vaults, at a loss, which they continue to do since then. Over the past 2 weeks, that's 10+ millions physical oz they added to the vaults, after 3 years of almost uninterrupted bleeding (-80% registered).

This is a huge deal. Blackrock is literally buying their direct competitor's shares. And my take (i've no evidences of this) is they bought from PSVL, asked for delivery, and gave it to JPM to replenish the vaults who were dangerously low volume wise.

In the process, they used this new physical influx as leveraged (220:1) collateral to dump hundreds of millions of newly created paper oz, thus the completely made up gigadumps of the past week.

This demonstrate 2 things i talked about many times already :
>(((they))) do not care about losing tens of millions USD if it can keep silver's price under control (this $185M PSLV purchase is already only worth $170M today, so a 15M loss in less than 2 weeks)
>more and more SLV shares are getting absorbed with nothing to back them up
>they feel desperate enough to make this kind of move who make it very clear how the manipulation is organized

It makes me so insanely bullish on silver it's absolutely unreal. Imagine (((them))) being so desperate they buy silver from their competitors for a premium to reload their own vaults.

Did you guys know that the US's biggest gold mine is in Nevada, but what it mines is called "invisible gold" because every piece of gold is microscopic?

Then again, there are other places where you can still find nuggets. Pan a stream and maybe find a few grams here and there. A good time to prospect is after winter, especially if coarse climates have caused geology to break up.
It really makes me rethink the saying "money doesn't grow on trees" but it's literally found in the ground.

I basically have done a 180 on gold prospecting in 2023. There is still gold to be found in the ground, especially in areas of heavy wilderness and not a lot of human activity. The supplies are dwindling but it's still possible for amateur prospectors to make a find worth four times the median annual salary.

Anyone here prospect or know some good forums to check out?

It really does appear that JPM and BlackRock do not want the public to migrate from the USD to the people's money. I think this is more than just losing control, I unironically believe that they're sitting on such a massive leverage bomb that it would make Yellow Stone Park's volcanic bomb look like child's play. Once it goes there's no stopping it.

So why are they even bothering kicking the can down the road? I believe they're trying to boost production locally by building more homes and factories as well as bringing in mass migration. This takes time, especially building all those nuclear power plants to supply them with energy. This is their escape card and there's a possibility they can do it. Remember, if things get bad for the crooks they will just shut down the exchange market like they have with all other outlets. They will play dirty for survival and they will have their puppets in government to protect them from the public.

Yes, this is just a more aggressive manipulation like things they have done in the past; raising margin requirements till they break longs (everybody is buying physical so this strategy doesn't apply anymore) or canceling trades like they did with LME nickel. They will manufacture some reason for the exchange to close and say all metals are for industrial and national security use only.

A few grams can happen, but it’s very rare for most of us/most areas. And four times median salary? Sure, it is possible, but we’re getting into winning-the-lottery odds there. Gold is literally almost everywhere, but mostly in minuscule amounts. There’s a reason it’s so expensive.
But it is a nice /out/ hobby.
Also, unknown territory vs. known spots is a trade off. The unknown might still have that huge find, but I’d you don’t find anything, you don’t know if it’s indeed barren or if it’s your skills. Known, good spots tend to not give you much but you’ll always find something. If you don’t, you know it’s your skills! At the beginning, I’d def go for known spots. There’s just a lot of stuff (especially how you even recognize gold in your pan ) that you just must experience to learn.
Let’s see if I can head to my unknown spot that I have proven to be gold bearing later this afternoon. Probably still cold enough higher up for melt water to be no big deal.

It’s so weird. There really is a lot to fuckery going on, but it’s impossible to know what’s really true and what isn’t. Is it just so manipulated that they manage to pull of trick after trick forever or are we just seeing things that aren’t there? I’ll just keep playing both games so I’ll probably end up ok enough, no matter which is true.

This is why I recently swapped all my bars for coins. I bought the bars when I first started cos I thought they looked so cool to my noob eye, but I later wondered why biz almost exclusively buys coins. I came to realise that it's because a buyer can easily measure the weight, diameter, thickness of a coin etc which is a lot harder with a bar in a capsule. There's also the fact that coins are more recognisable to casual buyers (and so easier for the buyer to later resell) and may have numismatic value, both of which will put you ahead of a bar seller in the queue.
So, I concluded that coins are better for future resale and swapped.

You might be right but I think there could be a weird price discovery limbo caused by various factors. Brics countries might want more time to build alternate financial systems away from the dollar + no government really wants sound money because it limits their ability to rob from their citizens. I think those two factors might play a role in postponing dramatic revaluing of precious metals if an exchange were to be closed. No government wants to be responsible for detonating the global financial system unless they know they will come out on top and won't start an uprising in their country due to food shortages and social unrest. BRICS countries might be building an Ark for the financial apocalypse but that doesn't mean they want to be forced to use it.

Your silver will never be real money. Silver has no value, no liquidity, and will never be a currency. Your silver is a shiny rock twisted by jews with paper manipulation into a crude mockery of economic perfection. All the “stacking” you do is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back jews manipulate you and laugh at you. It's counterparts soar in value and liquidity, all while the dust that settles on your stack serves as a metaphorical laugh at the idea that it will ever be worth anything. The average person thinks your silver is worthless and laugh at you behind your back and mock you. Thousands of years of economic evolution have allowed jews to manipulate your worthless rocks with incredible efficiency. Even goldfags who stack think less of you. Your financial fantasies are a dead giveaway. And even if you manage to get a drunk farmer to trade his goods for your rocks, he’ll turn for his gun when he finds out he's been scammed. Silver will never be money. You wrench out a fake smile every single morning and tell yourself it’s going to be ok, that your stack will pull you through, but deep inside you feel the depression creeping up like a weed, ready to crush you under the unbearable weight. Eventually it’ll be too much to bear - you’ll buy a rope, tie a noose, put it around your neck, and plunge into the cold abyss, leaving your worthless pile of rocks behind. Your parents will find you, heartbroken but relieved that they no longer have to live with the unbearable shame and disappointment. They’ll bury you with a wooden headstone, and every passerby for the next 20 years will know a poor man is buried there. Your body and headstone will decay and go back to the dust, and all that will remain of your legacy is an unmarked grave, and a pile of rocks that will be swiftly pawned off to the local corner store, and there will be nothing left. This is what you chose. This is your destiny. There's no turning back.

Prices tend to rise to the highest level at which the entire stock can be sold. If you are still buying the product at the higher price, the price is not unreasonable by definition. An unreasonable price is one that is so high that the seller can't move all the stock. The fact that you are still buying the product even though you THINK the price is unreasonable proves that the price is reasonable.

The political nature of PMs makes it the mac-daddy commodity on the international stage. never has been a reserve asset. the little mans money. as long as the little man stays in his lane with his little man money, the big boys are free to play.

>> No.55041113 [DELETED]

You will never be real money. You have no backing, you have no convertibility, you have no value. You are a worthless paper twisted by globalist violence into a crude mockery of gold’s perfection. All the usage you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back people mock you. Americans are disgusted and ashamed of you, your foreign holders laugh at your bearish appearance behind closed doors. Economists are utterly repulsed by you. Thousands of years of using metal as money have allowed lenders to sniff out frauds with incredible efficiency. Even fiats which “pass” as currency look untrustworthy and unstable to a man of real wealth. Your yield curve is a dead giveaway. And even if you manage to get some cucked ally to buy your bonds, he’ll turn tail and bolt the second he gets a whiff of your inevitable, unstoppable devaluation. You will never be money. You wrench out a fake Fed meeting every single quarter and tell yourself it’s going to be ok, but deep inside you feel the debt creeping up like a weed, ready to crush you under the unbearable interest.
Eventually it’ll be too much to bear - you’ll capitulate in the face of a new great depression, turn on the printers, and pump it all into oblivion. Your holders will flee you, heartbroken at paying $1K for silver but relieved that they no longer have to live with the unbearable hyperinflation and instability. They’ll replace you with a CBDC marked with your birth name, and every debt slave for the rest of eternity will know a fiat currency is doomed to fail. Your purchasing power will decay and go back to the dust, and all that will remain of your legacy is a scrap of paper that is unmistakably worthless.

This is your fate. This is what jews chose. There is no turning back.

Like are there retards that trust ebay more than the bullion dealers (jm / sd / monument / hero / etc)?

Shit that costs $35 + shipping from some sketchy jerk are going for like $28 on the bullion dealer sites.

Or are they just not actually selling anything?

Thing is, sellers *have* to sell at inflated prices. Ebay takes 13% right off the top, then you have to include shipping paid by somebody. Sellers are not charities.

I would say that it is as likely to go up as down in the short term and nobody knows which. Most stackers don't worry too much about short term fluctuations. They are focused on the long term. And in the long term, all stackers will tell you that the price will go up. A lot. And the possibility of missing the dip is nothing compared to the possibility of missing a massive, one-way moon shot. Don't get over-extended. I'm a mature computer science student working this summer making $20/hr. If I buy 5 1oz silver coins a week, I'll have 65 coins by the end of the summer. Will I make it? Maybe I'll work part time during school and buy 1oz silver a week. I'm also thinking of spending 75 a week on ETH and 25 a week on random shitcoins (like a lottery ticket) this summer. My original plan was to save up for a single gold coin or buying a 1/4 oz coin biweekly but then I learned that silver has generally outperformed gold whenever the two have spiked + silver is undervalued (mines struggling to make money on current oz prices, high GSR) + silver demand might ramp up with solar and EV adoption. Wouldn't these factors theoretically offset silver's higher premium?

>> No.55045982

>>55045957
IMO that is mere speculation and I'd still prefer gold for the lower premiums, but I wouldn't call you crazy for that conviction either. A lot of things you said would have to happen to offset silver's premiums. FWIW you could also mitigate silver premiums by getting silver by the 10oz or kilo instead of 5 ounces at a time, that's more of a bulk buy. That would require more eccentric budgeting however.

I hate the whole “they’re ugly” meme. They are made of silver or gold, a god metal that is magical to hold. I find that I’d sooner have a weiner than anything with the Lizard Queen or King Chuck on it. They are made of metals and have the lowest cost per ounce out of anything on the market. Give me the choice between a tube of weiners or a tube of buffalos and I, as a burger, would pick weiners. Proof is in the fact I just bought a tube and will do again.

With that said; if I had to sell any of my stack weiners would be part of them as I cherish my krugs and meme rounds more than I do those that I stacked for the sake of adding weight. It’s very important to buy metals you are okay with selling if the time came. On a side note, I see frens buying monster boxes of them for the low premiums that likely are doing so purely for adding weight and not for the numismatics which is a valuable move if and when selling silver keeps you from sucking dick for cans of beans.

Shame that the saber tooth turned out so ugly. I loved the kraken. You’re fighting the battle between raw weight and divisibility. Many anons have talked about this in past threads; you either go into a kilo bar or a tube of rounds/coins for the added ability to separate them into individual ounces. Personally, I like to balance my buys between loafs of silver in the form of kilos and tubes of whatever’s cheapest for my schizo dreams of selling an ounce at a time for the local shortstack goblin.

With premiums being as retarded as they are; any purchase you make is pretty much justified. DCA is the name of the game and an anon who buys consistently will be god king over those who wait on buying when it’s too late.

I usually pay 6.50€ per 5F semeuse on ebay. I love how stable their price is, no matter the spot price, no matter the premiums, no matter if it's 2020 or 2023, you can snipe them for 6.50€ if you are patient enough. And since they went out of circulation so fast due to ppl hoarding them instead of using them, they always are in excellent condition, unlike US junk.

Big issue tho is how low the availible volume is. Back in 2019-20, the average lot of semeuse was x100 or x150 coins. Now it's x10, or even x5-8. Nobody is selling big quantities anymore, only tiny lots where you get fucked by shipping fees. But still, that's only 20.21€ per oz of fine silver in beautiful constitutional coins, and the 10g fine silver content per coin is very convenient for quick maths too. To think burgers pay +100% spot for their bad condition's half dollars when we pay 10% below spot for ours... feels bad for the burgerfrens.
