Depending on where you live anon that's a decent down payment on a house. You could always refinance in a few years too to get a lower rate.

Want to take risks for a higher return? Invest in individual tech stocks that are currently cheap.

Want to play it safe and more "guaranteed" returns that are slower? Put it in index funds.
