A masters only make sense if you want to be an academic and are using it as a stepping stone to a PhD. Most people I know who got MBAs say they would have gotten more value if they used that time gaining real work experience.

The only scenario where it seems like an MBA is worth it is if you are already rich and successful and then go to Wharton for networking purposes.

You go to those schools to get into JP Morgan period, the network is a meme, noone in the actual analyst / associate roles in IBD give a shit about their networks
