Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten is weird, it has all the retarded wish fulfillment nonsense that it is supposed to have but none of the soul that it needs for it to be a good show. I think it is mostly the animation that makes me feel this way, It's like watching a storyboard that was painted in.
